Registrations must be accompanied by payment in full.  You will receive a confirmation letter after confirmed registration.

 

Seminar fees include daily continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and seminar materials. 

 

QARA Compliance Connection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event.  Please be advised that QARACC is not responsible for any airfare penalties or hotel charges that may be incurred due to sold out, cancelled, or rescheduled events.

 

Substitutions and Cancellations:

 

We understand that occasionally things do happen that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered.  If you find that you cannot attend the seminar, you may send a substitute in your place at no additional charge.

 

Substitutions and cancellations can be made any time prior to the start of the seminar.  If you need to cancel, we will gladly refund your seminar registration fee.*

 

*NOTE:  Requests for cancellations received on or before April 2, 2010 will receive a full refund.  Requests received between April 3 and April 14, 2010, will incur a $200 processing fee.  No cancellations shall be accepted after April 15, 2010.  To arrange for any changes, please call QARACC at (813) 784-8457.  Registrants who fail to attend are responsible for the entire seminar fee.

Seminar Hotel Rate/Availability:

 

$139 single/double plus 11% sales tax per room, per night.  This hotel rate is good from April 27- April 30, 2010 based on availability.  The above rate is guaranteed if reservations are made before April 6, 2010.

 

NOTE:  No additional fees or service charges are to be added to the above rate.  In the event that you are charged for additional fees/service charges, please contact QARACC prior to hotel check out for assistance.
